These sampler kits include the floss you will need. Each is based on a historic original that is currently part of the museum's collection.

Tusket River Area.

Ruth Hannah Purdy

Ruth was born in 1832 to Robert Purdy and Mary Bullerwell. She married Archibald Jeffrey and they had 8 children. She died in 1922.

Sarah Jane Ryarson

Sarah Jane (1823-1901) was the great-granddaughter of Francis Ryarson, a Loyalist grantee at Clements.

These items from Maritime Cross Stitch come with the pattern only. The originals are historical works that are part of the museum's collection. Both were sewn on 28 count tea dyed linen. Each: $9.95 $2.95

Rosabella Crosby

This sampler is a reproduction of a historical work from 1834. Rosabella used both Cross Stitch and Algerian Eye Stitch to sew this design.
